You know that feeling when a parcel arrives, and you immediately have to tear open the contents and throw it on your body? Well, that was me with this knitted two-piece set from Venroy*. For one, I love the ease of anything knitted. And that it can convey a sense of comfort, while still looking chic and elevated. But also, I see these two pieces as being incredibly versatile. A stunning little combo when worn together – revealing the smallest sliver of skin with the occasional movement. But equally, I’m just as excited to wear them as separates. In particular, I have a pair of tailored shorts in a similar cocoa brown hue that I’m already imagining would look perfect with the cropped knit top; alternatively, with denim shorts, tailored trousers, or a straight leg jean. The skirt, I’m thinking I’ll wear with a relaxed cardigan worn buttoned up or a crisp white ribbed racerback tank. A little low heeled sandal adding some extra height.
