Wearing a few of my favourites from St. Agni’s beautiful Summer 22 collection; BLEU. The collection celebrates what I think is the best of 90’s and 00’s fashion, done well. Slinky slip dresses, strappy camisoles, and low slung skirts… done well.

Always one for a monochrome moment, I couldn’t resist here, especially with such fun texture play. The jumper I’m wearing has actually come in handy with Sydney having the most inclement weather (so cold I’ve taken to wearing my coat in the house!). It’s super fuzzy but has a bit of structure to it, lending itself well to pairing with slimmer proportions.
Not quite so obvious from these photos is the fact that the skirt sits quite low on the hips. Given I have a long torso, I tend to steer clear of anything with a low rise, but I think coupled with the short length, it just works. Especially as you can still see with my outfit, I’m playing with that golden rule of thirds, in addition to being covered up on top, while exposing my legs.
And of course, we have the shearling sandals. I have such a soft spot for a beautiful shoe, and these are exquisite; the barely there straps being that nod to the 90s, while having a touch of modernity and friction with the shearling insole. There’s something oddly satisfying about an item that pairs together contrasts or opposing elements in this way. Plus they’re cosy to wear, too.
