Country Road stripe midi dress, Atmos&Here denim jacket, Celine trio, Isabel Marant heels
When it comes to picking up new pieces for your wardrobe, there’s no argument over which are the most difficult to find; it’s always without a doubt, a wardrobe classic (or essential – depending on which way you are inclined). For me, more recently it’s been about finding a casual denim jacket to throw on during casual weekends at home, or to juxtapose against a silk tank and pencil skirt for in the office.
So, I thought why not take my own advice and be a little less particular? Which pretty much explains how I ended up with this denim jacket – that and the fact that The Iconic had 25% off which seemed as good an excuse as any. It’s perhaps a little more faded than I’d like, but the fit is j-u-s-t right – not too boxy, not too fitted, and not too short.
For those of you on your own denim jacket mission, I’ve rounded up a few of my current favorites from the web below! x
Love that! I actually really like the color of it, and it goes so well with your Celine! I still have a really old denim jacket from at least 7 years ago, haha. I wish it were a little darker as well, but it gets the job done when I need it!

Thanks so much lovely x
Great fit! I also prefer denim jackets a little darker, but it looks great when you pair it with an overall darker ensemble like you did here.

That’s Jessica – I think it also works with an all white outfit too which will be great for those cooler evenings here 🙂
That dress is amazing! I love that it can be a casual “throw on” dress or dressed up!
