I’m sharing this outfit over a month late, but I’m hoping that the transitional nature of it will at least be a good reference point for anyone nearing mid-spring. Though given how warm it’s been this week just gone, I wouldn’t hesitate to throw this outfit on in a heartbeat.
Wearing Everlane tank; Boden cashmere cardigan; Everlane skinny jeans; Vaneli two tone pumps; The Curated shoulder bag; Linjer chain necklace & rings; Muru Jewllery pendant necklace; Mejuri earrings
I’ve been wearing some variation of this outfit at least two or three times a week. If it’s not a cardigan, it’ll be an oversized knit. If it’s not skinny jeans, it’s probably a light blue washed pair from Witchery that I can’t seem to take off. And if I’m not feeling jeans, I’ll switch them out for some tailored trousers; ones that generally have a wider fit through the leg.
Safe to say I’ve firmly planted my feet in the ground and am embracing these simple style uniforms. Ease of getting dressed each morning has taken priority; and despite loving more maximalist outfits on others, basic silhouettes and pairings are what seem to be giving me the most joy from a sartorial perspective.
Plus, there’s something calming about this colour palette. Simple white with faded black, warmed up with putty and nude pink tones.
so practical and cute…
and those shoe tips really pop!
