As many of us face the new reality of self-isolation, physical or social distancing, and working from home, I thought I might start to share what I’m wearing more regularly in a more informal way. Admittedly, if I was to show you what I wore over the last four days, you’d see a common theme; sweat pants. And I’m sure I’m not alone in this. But as I slowly ease myself back into work, I’ve found the quickest motivation booster has been to put on a comfy outfit that I feel really good in, that looks cute too. Wearing Everlane…
A quick look at my “shoe-drobe” and you’d come to the following conclusion; I love a good pointed toe shoe. So much so, that over the past few years, they’ve become a huge part of my style uniform. They’re effortlessly chic, easily dress up a casual outfit, and visual elongate the legs. So when I saw the new Everlane 40-Hour Flat was launching in February, I got pretty excited. 1: Country Road cardigan (also love this one); Karen Walker skirt (old but this is cute); Everlane 40-Hour Flat 2: Babaa no17 knit sweater (similar luxe option here); J Brand skinny…
A quick check in from me today, wearing a combination I’ve reached for in a few different iterations since returning home from hospital. I’ve been making the most of finally having a waist again, by reaching for this sweet ruffled mini skirt on repeat. The start of autumn tends to be pretty mild here in Sydney, so I’ve mostly been wearing it paired with basic tees, camisoles, and the odd lightweight knit. It also looks great worn as above, with a black cardigan thrown over top – unbuttoned, of course. Wearing Everlane black air tee, Isabel Marant ruffled skirt (also…
We’ve been so wrapped up in the newborn baby bubble, that I realised I’d completely forgotten to share the news of our baby boy’s arrival here on my blog. Motherhood has been the greatest gift, and it’s safe to say that I’ve been soaking up every second. Wearing Marle tiered dress (last season but comes in a black silk for winter), Missoma earrings, Missoma bracelet, Fedoma Jewellery necklace For details on baby’s nursery, you can check out this post. The muslin cotton swaddle was gifted to us by a friend and is from Nature Baby.
I’d describe myself as a bit of a beauty junkie. Over the past few years, I’ve tried my fair share of products, but it wasn’t until I fell pregnant with our beautiful boy that I really started to think about what I was putting on my skin. More recently, I’ve been looking into the benefits of eco-friendly skincare, and thinking about how I can support local beauty brands. Jurlique immediately came to mind. Essentially where possible, I want to be able to improve the quality and appearance of my complexion, while opting for products that are developed under environmentally-friendly conditions.…
