I’ve had somewhat of a fresh wave of motivation this past month, and am right back into my efforts of ‘Project Use It Up’. While I never really stopped – skincare has been a big area where I’ve been making headway – I’m more inspired than ever to use what I have over the latest releases. There’s been a few new products I’ve been sent to try through PR this month (hello Flower Beauty!), but otherwise everything else is something new (to me) or old (and rediscovered) from my beauty stash. It’s a little hard to believe that three-quarters of the year have just slipped by. The holiday season to me always serves as a bit of a reminder to get back on track with any habits that may have fallen by the wayside, but it’s always a chance to start reflecting on the year that’s been. I’ve been pretty open about my one shopping experience from Sezane. I wouldn’t go so far as to label it a complete disaster, but the clothes didn’t come close to meeting my expectations. I suppose it didn’t help that I was completely responsible for the returns (which if memory serves, set me back $70). But, I’m all for second (and third) chances, so I’ve been keeping my eye on the brand to see whether anything else would take my fancy. Perhaps by chance, it just so happened that the most recent release of the Sezane Autumn 2019 Collection was enough…
