Today I wanted to turn my focus to work wardrobe essentials; more specifically, the core basics that’ll make looking chic for the office during the colder months a breeze. As winter is starting to wind down in Sydney, I’ve already turned my mind to my spring wardrobe. I’m a total summer baby at heart, so it’s probably little surprise I’ve spent the last two months wishing I could wear my favourite spring style staples on repeat. It’s also during the transitional season that I start to think about how I can give my closet a small refresh with a few key pieces; outerwear being a major contender as it’s the third and finishing touch to an outfit – bar accessories, of course. As much as I love luxury fashion (hello NAP and Matches…!), it’s something I can only dip into every once and a while, and even then I usually choose to go pre-loved to make my dollar stretch further. But, you don’t have to have an unlimited budget to look expensive. So I thought I’d share some of my favourite styling tricks that’ll elevate your look, and make your outfit appear more expensive than it actually was. Wearing Lookast cashmere sweater, Mott…
