It felt like March came and went in the blink of an eye. We spent the earlier part of the month travelling around New Zealand’s South Island (I shared ou full itinerary for the trip HERE), and the latter part catching up with old friends who were staying at our place. Perhaps as a consequence, I ended up finding myself reverting back to my old favourites for the most part so my March Beauty Edit is going to be pretty light compared with previous months. How do you care for your clothes? It’s probably not something that we give much thought to, but it can play a huge role in determining the lifespan of an item. And when you’re seriously investing in an item, you want to make sure you get mileage out of it, and are able to enjoy that piece for years to come. Wearing Everlane alpaca sweater, ASOS jeans, Boden flats, Charles & Keith bag, Thomas Sabo earrings (10% off with the code ‘JAMIE-LEE10’), Linjer watch, Orelia bracelet I get ask about how I care for my clothing a lot over on…
It’s no secret that my favourite trend of the moment is neutrals. You just need to take one glance at my Instagram to see just how much of an obsession I seem to have. I don’t generally tend to buy into trends, but this is one I can wholeheartedly get on board with (especially as you probably have some neutrals in your closet already). Wearing Everlane sweater, Everlane wide leg chinos, Everlane day heels, Charles & Keith bag, Thomas Sabo hoops (10% off with code ‘JAMIE-LEE10’), Missoma necklace, Linjer watch Monochromatic looks are one of my biggest tricks to looking…

Small changes in our habits compound over time, and I like to consider my own journey towards shopping more intentional a work in progress. The 5PFW Challenge has me thinking twice about buying trend pieces, multiples, or something new just because I feel like it. And my inclination to try and support ethical and/or sustainable designers where I can has made me scrutinise each new addition more…
One of my favourite parts about the shift in seasons from summer to autumn is the opportunity to play around with my wardrobe a little more. In particular, it gives me an opportunity to start reaching for a blazer as a layering piece – one of the style staples I usually have to put on ‘hiatus’ during the warmer months. Wearing COS turtleneck sweater (similar), ONLY denim skirt, Friend of Audrey wool blazer (also here), Everlane square toe flats, Charles&Keith black tote I’ve mentioned this a few times, but a blazer was a huge part of my style identity during…
