Continuing my wrap up of 2018, I wanted to share the fashion pieces which I found myself not only loving, but reaching for the most over the year. I’m a creature of habit and if you’re subscribed to my YouTube channel, then you’ll know that I tend to focus a lot of my outfits around these key pieces. They’re wardrobe heroes for a reason, and it’s these end of year reflections which help me to analyse which parts of my wardrobe should get a little bit more love in the seasons ahead. To round out the year, I wanted to do a couple wrap ups of my favourites across beauty and style, starting with the beauty products I couldn’t get enough of in 2018. Let’s jump into it with my make up favourites… MAKE UP FAVOURITES Clinique Moisture Surge Overnight Mask (also here) | I’m a pretty big fan of the moisture surge range from Clinique in general, but this has been another favourite for me. It’s intensely nourishing and doesn’t break me out, so I’ll usually apply a generous amount of this to my face before bed a few times a…
I’m still a little in denial that 2018 has come and gone, and in less than 48 hours, we’ll be ringing in a new year. Wearing Atmos & Here ribbed tank (similar option here),…
Despite deciding to ‘sit out’ the Boxing Day sales this year, I couldn’t help but have a little peek at what was on offer. Personally, I think that the post-Christmas sales generally tend to be better than any other throughout year, and if you have the patience, you can usually snap up a great bargain come January when further discounts are applied. Assuming the item hasn’t been snapped up already, of course. My biggest style resolution for the year ahead is to shop smarter, which means taking my time before buying anything on my wishlist, and waiting until sale time…
While I’ve decided not to purchase anything from the Boxing Day sales this year – choosing to put that money towards a holiday, instead – one of my favourite ethical/sustainable brands, Everlane, just launched their bi-annual Choose What You Pay sale, and given I’ve added my fair share from their new season styles to my closet, I wanted to highlight some of the best buys. Wearing Everlane black silk blouse, Dr Denim skinny jeans, Sam Edelman loafers (also love these), Everlane form bag, Madewell earrings (also here), Missoma necklace, Mejuri ring You can snap things up for up to 50%…
