A change in season can mean one thing, and one thing only. Time for some seasonal wardrobe analysis. I’ve been tracking what I wear for close to a decade now. Longer if you consider my obsessive wardrobe tracking when I first began my personal style journey. And the insights that I’ve gained from this project have been fascinating. It’s allowed me to monitor what types of items I’m gravitating towards most. Highlighted my love of neutral, typically classic cut styles. But more recently, been a document of how my preferences have shifted through becoming a mum, and the pandemic. It’s…
My skincare routine is under constant refinement. I’ll usually introduce something new on a fortnightly basis, but the products I keep coming back to always remain the same. And it’s the test of time that really highlights which are the heroes in your routine. My reliance on muted, tonal outfits is really shining in this little collection of outfits. Definitely not a one trick pony, but I think when you know what works, it sticks. In particular as we’ve started to see the seeds of spring sprouting, I’ve felt this real desire to lean on a lighter colour palette. The singular column of colour has the desired lengthening effect, but it’s really the textural components of this outfit that keeps things feeling interesting. The flecked, nubby texture…
As Linjer’s summer sale is coming to a close, I thought I’d share one final PSA for those who have been thinking about adding something to cart. I’ve been wearing their jewellery for around five years now, and so many of their styles – in particular, earrings – have made their way into daily rotation. Using my unique discount code, you can up the offer on their summer sale; when you buy one, get one 45% off with the code JAMIE. Some of my personal favourites include: Jorunn hoops; these are practically weightless so it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing…
