I don’t think it gets more Scandinavian than this. White walls (and muted floors!), mixed with moody hues, rich textures and metallic accents, this place is a minimal lovers dream. While it doesn’t look like the biggest space I’ve seen, what draws me in most about this home, are the soft milky coloured tiles of the column in the living room, offset by closeted alcoves in tarnished gold – one to throw into the inspiration folder for our dream home I think… images via ESNY
The dust is still settling from my most recent handbag purchase – a mini pashli bag from 3.1 by Phillip Lim – but that hasn’t stopped me from keeping my blinders out for a few other bags that have been on my wishlist this last year or so. Irrationally, the thought of getting yet another ‘it’ bag as a belated birthday present has definitely crossed my mind, and the saturation of these bags on my Instagram feed has done little to deter me. So given that…
We’re facing yet another one of Sydney’s heat waves (hands up if you can’t wait for autumn!), and while all I really want to wear is a scoop neck cotton tank and my comfiest high waisted denim shorts, I’m not quite sure how well that would go down in the office… So, I thought I’d share with you a few of my current favourite summer time outfits, which I’ve been reaching for a lot lately. There’s all the usual suspects – think black and white hues, any everything in between – as well as a couple pops of much needed…
I think we’ve – almost – all been there; that moment when you realise that your shopping has gotten a little out of control, and somehow in the last month you’ve come home with more things that you could realistically hope to wear for the next season, or two.
