It’s been a long month. And I mean long. I’ve said more thank you’s and sorry’s in the last four weeks than I’ve probably managed to utter in the previous 12 months (as a friend has said, I’m quite often near my ‘quota’ for the day), and as the weather has finally started to cool, it’s occurred to me that I haven’t had a chance to savor the last days of summer. Days of eternal sunshine, sunkissed skin and warm sandy beaches packed with like-minded individuals.
I don’t really want to admit it, but there’s no denying that I’m still not quite ready for it to be Autumn yet – or should I say, not quite ready to give up the slightly cropped tees, the denim short shorts and the sunglasses almost as big as my face. So before it gets too cool, I figured I might as well share a couple snaps of one of my last outfits of the summer, because before too long, it’s going to be rollneck sweaters and high waisted denim for the win.
