Black Friday & Cyber Week Sale Guide 2021

The Black Friday – I should I say pre-Black Friday – sales have kicked off earlier than ever this year. I suspect part of it’s mostly down to supply chain issues; but I’m not complaining. I figure it gives more of a head start on completing any Christmas shopping. As I say every year, I tend to use these sales as an opportunity to stretch my budget a little bit further, and pick up some truly special gifts for loved ones.

It’s also a great opportunity to update your wardrobe staples or give your closet a minor refresh. I’ll generally do a quick run through of my wardrobe wishlist to see if any of those items are discounted, and I’ll usually to a priority checklist too. Pragmatism is usually at the core of these types of purchases (and I’m not afraid to return something if I have a sudden change of heart!).

I say this every year without fail, but if you don’t need it or you can’t afford it, leave it in your cart. You never know, by the time the Boxing Day sales roll around if said item is still on your mind, you may find you get an even better deal.
