Festive Party Edit & Cyber Monday Sale Guide

’Tis the season for Christmas parties; the start of December always signals to me the beginning of the festive season, and having a couple of go-to outfits to wear to any cocktail events, soirees, or long lunches is a bit of a must. My own calendar tends to be a little light on special occasions throughout the rest of the year, so I’ll usually dip into my wardrobe and dust off an old favourite. However, if you’re in need of something special with “wow” factor, I’ve got you covered.

Today is officially Cyber Monday, but rather than go large like with my Black Friday sale guide, I thought I’d highlight four retailers where you can find a festive-ready look that is not only chic, but also on sale.

I thought I’d kick things off with & Other Stories, as not only have they just recently started shipping to Australia, but their festive party pieces are very glam. They’ve got a Cyber Monday Sale Edit where you can nab 30% off already reduced pieces with the code “CYBER30”

The Aussie retailer I shop from the most is *hands down* The Iconic. I usually keep an eye out for their sales (my wish listed pieces tend to be on the higher end of the price spectrum), and for Cyber Monday they’ve got 30% off more than 40,000 styles. My go-to brands for special occasion dressing on the site are Bec + Bridge, Camilla & Marc, and Lover. For shoes, you can’t beat Senso or Tony Bianco.

ASOS

I don’t browse (or shop) from ASOS like I used to, but it’s always a go-to if I’m looking for something a little bit different. So many silhouettes and styles on the site tend to push the fashion boundaries, which is perfect for this time of year. I’ve also managed to snap up some great 100% cotton or linen pieces over the years, which have really stood the test of time. You can currently get up to 70% off everything as part of their Cyber Monday sale!

NET-A-PORTER

I thought I’d wrap things up on the luxury end of the spectrum. Net-a-Porter is my go-to when I’m on the hunt for something special that I’ll cherish for years to come. For Cyber Monday, Net-a-Porter have an extra 15% off selected items as part of their Black Friday sale. I’ve had my eye on these shoes from Sophia Webster, which I think look perfect for party season, but also to glitz up a simple tee and skinny jean combo.
