In our living room, we have this spot, just in the corner, which is absolutely drenched in sunlight every afternoon. While not at the top of our priority list, I’ve been thinking that it would be the ideal location for a nice cosy armchair, particularly come wintertime, when all you want to do is curl up with a big cup of hot chocolate.

Our home decor plans might be on hold, but that hasn’t stopped me from thinking about what else that we could add to bring a bit of extra homeliness to the space. Personally, I’m alllll about mixing textures. Leather details on a cotton/linen couch, or a plush velvet with wooden arms and legs. While I think I can bring Luke around to the idea of a velvet couch, anything in a pale blush pink is still definitely a struggle!
