I’m so thrilled to finally be sharing the news with you, that I’m pregnant! We’re at the halfway point now, and so excited to be welcoming our little one into the world in early March 2020.
I’ve shared this on both my Instagram, and in a bit more detail on YouTube, but I don’t think it ever occurred to me just how difficult starting (or growing) a family might be. The path to pregnancy isn’t always straightforward, and ours has been anything but. In February 2018, shortly after confirming we were expecting, I found out that I had an ectopic pregnancy. The loss we experienced was devastating, and as the year progressed, it was further compounded by issues with irregular cycles and a colposcopy. Often, it felt like my body was failing me. But mostly, I never realised just how lonely it would be. For any couples out there dealing with their own fertility struggles or loss, I want you to know that you’re not alone (and sending hope, love, and big hugs).
In terms of what to expect from me content wise, you’ll be seeing a bit of a mix as I make my way through all the outfits I’ve yet to post, in addition to sharing what I’m wearing throughout my pregnancy. Looking forward to sharing this journey with you, as we head into the next chapter of our lives.
Wearing Realisation Par dress, Maje heels (old but similar here), Oroton bag, Mejuri earrings & bracelet
I know I already commented on Instagram but I’m so excited for you!! I can’t wait to see what you’ll be wearing in the next few months, I feel like you’ll have effortless maternity style!
Our bodies are amazing and it’s crazy what they can overcome to create life! If its meant to be, it happens eventually and going through the hard times makes it all the sweeter when the dream becomes reality.

Thank you Elizabeth! x
Congratulations!! I’m about 2 weeks behind you so cannot wait for some maternity content. I haven’t bought much yet but have recently started yet hunt for the best maternity jeans. So far Soon, Ripe, Angel and Just Jeans haven’t been quite right so I am waiting on an order from ASOS and Seraphine. Hope you’re taking good care of yourself x
Sorry no idea why there’s a hyperlink to ASOS, this definitely isn’t an add for it!

Thank you so much Mon and congratulations to you too! So I tried a pair from ASOS and didn’t love them, then went with a recommendation from a friend – Jeanswest. They are SO much nicer and I got two pairs for 40% off. I personally prefer the under the bump styles, though I think they have a mix of both. I went with the UK8 and they fit really well. Same to you too – take it easy 🙂
