The festive time of year is upon us, and like always, I’m sharing a round up of my favourite gifts to give for the holidays. I’ll be publishing these curated gifting edits over the next fortnight, in case you wanted to keep your eyes peeled… just in time for all the Black Friday and Cyber Week sales to begin. If I’ve learned anything over the years, it’s that it pays to be organised. Shop smart, with a list, and you can really stretch out your gifting budget. So let’s start with some sparkle and shine; my Jewellery Christmas Gift Guide for 2022.
I’ve pulled 12 favourites from around the web, and have a few gifting tips when buying jewellery for a loved one. Be mindful of what type of jewellery they like to wear. Does the recipient like dainty and minimal styles, or opt for bold statement pieces? Gold or silver? Earrings or necklaces? If you’re not sure, a couple safe options are a very timeless pair of earrings. Think a simple sparkly stud or chunky gold hoop. Or alternatively, a fine chain necklace, even something with a birthstone or zodiac. But also, it’s a good time to treat yourself, as many of these brands only have one sale a year… for Black Friday.
A handful of my most loved brands for jewellery include Linjer – who currently have up to 60% off sitewide. I especially love the Jorunn hoops (lightweight to wear but a nice chunky style); the Mathilde earrings (the organic shape and pearl drop work well for day and night); and the Ilse ring (both the topaz and luxe versions). Monica Vinader is another, and at the time of writing there’s currently a sale with up to 30% off, with additional flash sales. I almost always end up wearing this bracelet, as I love the chunky shape (20% off with JAMIE20). Finally, Mejuri is also a go-to, and I’ve popped my two favourites below; the diamond signet ring, and the curb chain necklace which are both *chef’s kiss*.
