James Perse shirt dress, Stella McCartney espadrilles (the black python is great too!), Kate Spade earrings
Keepin’ it nice and simple for a weekend spent at home just hangin’ out with Luke and our two furry little rascals. As I mentioned in this post, I’ve been feeling a little swept off my feet lately, and this brief respite was just what the doctor ordered.
This Friday, Luke and I are flying back to New Zealand (!!), this time to celebrate the pending nuptials of two very dear friends, and I couldn’t be more excited to share in their special day. As they say, there’s no rest for the wicked!
Love this outfit, so perfectly simple! And the shoes are so fun, love them!
Woohoo for another trip to NZ! I really can’t wait to go there! Just have to keep saving up pennies first, ha ha

Naawwww you’re so sweet NB! x
I wanted to quiz you a bit on your packing for NZ – for your engagement party and this trip. Do you wash your clothes while you’re away? Or wear multiple times without washing them? Also … Do you keep a travel toiletry bag packed permanently? I’m in the process of packing for a 6 day OS trip and I’m appalled at how long it takes. Admittedly travelling with a toddler complicates things, but still!

Hi there! No I don’t, I tend to pack as much as I need taking into consideration how often I can re-wear something. Wellington is pretty cold and windy so usually you can wear things a few times before needing to worry about laundering it.
As for my make up bag; I don’t have one packed permanently. I’m actually heading away for two nights this weekend (to NZ) and am looking to narrow it down a lot more than for my recent trip (ie. a four colour eyeshadow palette only, and just one lippie) and I get the feeling it’s going to be a lot more manageable! Best of luck packing for your trip! 🙂
you look amazing! xO!
