Lately, all anyone seems to be talking about the new Twenty Seven Names collection “Nine Lives”, a collection filled with beautiful muted tones in contrasting light and dark colours – a cacophony of subtle pinstripes, vintage-style florals, and of course, more than enough cat cameo motifs (designed by Rachel herself) to keep any kitty fantatic happy. Their typically girly and ultra-feminine frocks have been given an edgy upgrade, as hemlines become longer and with what appears to be a momentary departure from some of the saccharine prints of past collections.
And then, there’s that jumper. The one that, as far as I can tell, is sold out everywhere, in its slouchy perfection and with its cute kitty print – something that I should point out, as a girl who is probably at risk of becoming a crazy cat lady in her old age, managed to miss the boat on. Thankfully cats play such a prominent role in this collection, that you can easily get your kitty cat fix from a number of other beautiful pieces. Above are just a few of my favourites from the season, here’s hoping that the cat jumper isn’t the only thing that I missed out on.
I was looking at this collection the other day, I love it all! xxx
That kitty print is so cute…but as someone who is not fond of cats and adores dogs instead, I’m just wondering where the cute puppy prints are haha. I really am fond of the shirt of the second image two – two-tone shirts just look so much better with a print to tie it all together, I think! x
Normally I comment on the fashion aspect of your posts, but this time I just have to say, you have a sweet writing style and great voice!
