Five things I’ve been loving in September

It’s a little hard to believe that three-quarters of the year have just slipped by. The holiday season to me always serves as a bit of a reminder to get back on track with any habits that may have fallen by the wayside, but it’s always a chance to start reflecting on the year that’s been. Coincidentally, today marks one year since I left my desk job to go freelance; probably one of the biggest risks and life changes I’ve ever made, and definitely a huge milestone worth being proud of. I’ve been pretty open about my one shopping experience from Sezane. I wouldn’t go so far as to label it a complete disaster, but the clothes didn’t come close to meeting my expectations. I suppose it didn’t help that I was completely responsible for the returns (which if memory serves, set me back $70). But, I’m all for second (and third) chances, so I’ve been keeping my eye on the brand to see whether anything else would take my fancy. Everlane Soft Day Tote Review

Hand on my heart, if I had to recommend just one bag to have in your wardrobe, my answer will always be a classic tote. They’re practical, chic, and go with absolutely everything. Plus, depending on your outfit you can dress them up or down. After getting an overwhelming response on my Instagram, as promised I wanted to share an Everlane Soft Day Tote review with you. Particularly now that I’ve had a chance to road test the bag for a couple of weeks. Wearing Boden camel sweater, J.Crew denim skirt, Everlane soft day tote, Sarah van Oosterom belt, FRANKiE4…
