My favourite wardrobe staples from Everlane

I live in wardrobe basics. You only have to take a look at my seasonal wear count to see that there’s a common thread with what I wear most day-to-day. Classic pieces which don’t go out of style. If you’ve been following me for a while now, it’ll come as little surprise that a huge chunk of those wardrobe basics on high rotation are from Everlane. Since placing my first order five years ago, it’s quickly become a go-to when I feel like something is missing from my wardrobe. Wearing Everlane ribbed cashmere crew, Everlane patch pocket skirt, Country Road…

Red shoes

Wrapping up the week with a short and sweet outfit post. My mantra of late has been basics are best, and this is a pretty good reflection of outfits I’ve been reaching for lately. A minimal colour palette on repeat, and wardrobe classics with a timeless appeal. Wearing M&S cotton jumper, Dr Denim skinny jeans (old but similar here), Isabel Marant belt (also here), M&S trench coat, Cuyana bag (affordable here), Charles & Keith shoes (gifted), Holly J earrings & necklace The standout of this outfit of course, are those red shoes. Autumn Wardrobe Wear Count

It feels a little like autumn whizzed by with the blink of an eye. And to be fair, it kinda did. I’ve mentioned this before but autumn in Sydney is fairly mild; it starts late, and it’s a pretty quick free fall into winter weather from there. The May Beauty Edit ‘19

My main focus in May – aside from getting my daily videos ready and uploaded on time – was skincare. I’m not sure what it is about travel, but I find my complexion always has a bit of a mini freak out. It probably didn’t help that I had a bit of hormonal acne, and I’d been consuming more sugar than usual. Basically, despite having some amazing products on hand, my skin wasn’t looking its best. While I try to take care with what I am applying to my face (our skin is our body’s largest organ), I test out…

Everlane Day Glove ReKnit Review & Comparison

Over on Instagram, I put up a poll to see if there would be any interest in a review of the Everlane Day Glove ReKnit flats, and the overwhelming response was yes. The original leather Day Gloves are Everlane’s best-selling shoe, so I was curious to see how these compared. I reviewed the original style a while back and you can read that blog post here, but TLDR; I wasn’t quite sure on the style, loved the soft weightless feel, but ultimately they were on the narrow side. Essentially, they weren’t great for my wide feet. Wearing Topshop white tee,…
