Redesign

If all goes to plan, Luke and I will be moving to a house – and I mean an actual house – in a couple of weeks, and perhaps in a typical fashion, I’ve been setting aside a little time each night to plan the decor. Since Luke is pretty happy to leave the majority of the decorating up to me (there’s only one caveat, chairs must be comfortable), it’s going to be a lot of the same; crisp white bed linen, beech-y white dipped furniture, and plenty of soft grey accents.

Celine heels Four inches of pure Celine perfection is pretty much as good as it gets, when it comes to shoes that is. I squeezed in a late night purchase of these shoes just hours before beginning the Five Piece French Wardrobe Challenge and have absolutely no regrets. Despite the four inch heel height, they are deceivingly comfortable, and of course, entirely office appropriate (pretty much the only spec for most of my heels these days!). The leather is not quite beige, but instead comes off as a taupe-y greige, solidifying my foray into a new kind of neutral territory.…

Hawes & Curtis white shirt (c/o), Forever New ¾ evie trousers, Helmut Lang blazer, Celine greige heels, Celine trio (in lavender) I’ve always been a bit partial to borrowing from the boys; both literally and figuratively that is. A soft slim cut suit, a jumper or a white shirt pulled from your boyfriends wardrobe, and a slick pair of masculine shoes. Or better yet, some sky-high, power heels – always a favourite in my books.
