Hope

Hope shirt (similar), J Brand skinny jeans, Alexander Wang heels, Cuyana tote bag (similar style), J Crew necklace, MBMJ katie bracelet, Karen Walker bow ring Playing it fairly safe for ‘casual’ Friday at work, at least on the shirt front. The white jeans on the other hand? Not the best choice, especially when you can’t last until lunchtime without spilling something on yourself, every, single, time. Of course, that’s nothing that a post-work margarita won’t fix, which by 5pm on Friday had my name written all over it. Get the look:

ocelot

Seed ocelot loafers, Grown body cream, Chanel ‘le vernis’ in Riviera and Dragon As they say, a leopard never changes its spots. And like any girl with an affinity for shoes, the desire to add just one new pair, especially on the back of almost two weeks of wearing nothing but my highest heels, was just too much too resist. Snatching those quick moments to spend some time browsing, or actually posting for that matter, have been far and few between, as I find myself slipping into new routines that have had me almost completely disconnected. With that in mind, today’s agenda includes little more than a few minor errands; my main aim of the day little more than hoping to quietly catch up on some reading, among which, the…

with a twist

ASOS lace trim cami, Vintage leather skirt (similar), Witchery blazer and heels, Proenza Schouler PS11, Marc by Marc Jacobs katie bracelet, Karen Walker bow & heart rings It would seem a new city calls for some slightly new additions to the working wardrobe – and I’m not one to miss a sale. With my sleeveless top options desperately lacking, and my one pair of classic black pumps looking like they were on the brink of collapsing at the heel, I hit the two places I knew I was bound to find something – ASOS and Witchery. A subtle peplum and…
