Shoes as seen at MBFWA 2013

images taken by me As far as I’m concerned, you can never have too many shoes whereas bags, I could take them or leave them. I think most girls sit in one camp or the other, they either love shoes, or they love handbags, and there’s no denying that I’m of the former persuasion. Taking a cue from my friend Nina, I took some streetstyle snaps of my favourite shoes over the course of the week, which is by no means extensive, as there was certainly no shortage of fashionably dressed men and women at MBFWA. My pick of the…

Connie Cao, MBFWA

I snapped a couple photos of Connie from K is for Kani looking cute in Alice McCall and Shakuhachi. If you’re a regular reader of her blog then you’d know that girl is certainly not shy of a bold colour, or mixing print on print, something that Connie does with absolute ease. I loved this more subdued look, it’s the type of print mixing I could quite quickly get on board with. PS. How much do Connie’s ‘Faith’ heels remind you of last season Alexander Wang?

Susie Bubble MBFWA 2013

Susanna Lau, or commonly known across the web as Susie Bubble, was amongst the few ‘heavyweight’ international bloggers in attendance at MBFWA 2013. Unlike most of the women in attendance, who seemed to play up their style for Fashion Week, Susie seemed firmly placed in her comfort zone, one of the few who opted to wear flat shoes on the very first day. Susie makes playing with shape, prints and texture look incredibly effortless, a fundamental element of her innate sense of style.
