Black leather leggings

3.1 by Phillip Lim top, Helmut Lang blazer, Witchery leather leggings (similar here), Senso ‘cadena’ heels, Karen Walker heart ring It’s not often that I purchase something and wonder how I managed to get by without it. Things like my iPad, which I use almost religiously for reading, or quinoa, an ingredient which is now a component in approximately 70% of all dishes I cook (no joke), and more recently, a pair of leather leggings that seem to be the perfect antidote against the cold (for my legs at least) that winter brings with it. Grey Comma

It’s not often that you stumble across an online boutique and find that everything just ‘clicks’, with a range of clothing and accessories that is both seamless and cohesive, paired with incredible styling and a reasonable price point throughout. Grey Comma, a Korean-based online store featuring clothing from independent Korean designers, is one of the few I’ve been recently introduced to (thanks Una!) that ticks all those boxes, and more. Dressing down

Acne angora knit sweater (cream version here), Lover labyrinth lace dress, Alexander Wang kori oxfords, Proenza Schouler PS11 bag, Karen Walker rings (rabbit & heart) Darker days seem to call for darker wardrobe choices, with black on black on black making an appearance more than once over the past couple of weeks. Mixing metals

Country Rd waffle top (similar), Manning Cartell skirt, Karen Walker coat, Vintage chelsea boots, Proenza Schouler PS11 bag, Mimco necklace I’m still trying to take it easy after a mid-week relapse, or should I say a sudden decline in my health, something I can only seem to attribute to the fast-paced nature of the last couple of weeks. Having talked about baking bread every week for the better part of the last six months, I finally made an effort to bake a loaf, something which I had been told was almost foolproof. Clearly the key word I should have been…

Spend or save: Celine black cami

Celine black cami vs ASOS black cami with mesh panel It’s been a while since I last spent time trawling through the ASOS website, but with some spare time to kill this morning I felt somewhat compelled to browse through their vast selection. Amidst my search for a new top or two, I happened across this cami with a deep v-neck and mesh paneling, which bears a striking resemblance to the Celine cami above (left). While I don’t condone this practice of taking heavy inspiration taken from the original piece, I do understand the sentiment of making a look which…
