5 Ways to style *that* Toteme striped roll neck sweater

Versatility is the name of the game when adding *new* into my closet. Worth considering – if you’re hoping to do the same – is whether said piece works in at least three outfits using items you already own. Often I’ll take this one step further and try build five outfits, especially if it’s more of a splurge or statement piece. The key thing to remember to avoid purchase regret is to make sure each of these looks are representative of your actual lifestyle. Not that of your fantasy self. Low Buy 2022: June Check-In

Well, I can’t believe we’re here. At the end of my six-month low buy. Perhaps naively when I took this up at the start of the year, I thought that we’d be well into our renovations at this point. The start date has been a bit of a moving target, but with any luck, work will begin in the next two months (fingers crossed!). I’ve made the decision to end the low buy here, as initially planned. Tapered black trousers w/ the Marle Darcie Cardigan

Winter has been off to a pretty mild start, and I’m not complaining as it means I get to stretch out those “transitional” season outfits for a little while longer. My mornings have been pretty rushed. A juggle between getting our two-year-old ready for daycare (or just entertained), and feeding our baby girl. My outfits have been rooted in ease, and seeking comfort in styles which appear elevated. This outfit was case in point. Trousers in a cotton sateen with a soft shine (workwear-worthy), worn with the beautiful cashmere Darcie Cardigan from Marle (pictured here in speckled ink – PR).…

Jenni Kayne Cashmere Cocoon Cardigan Review

Spoiler alert; the moment this soft, snuggly knit arrived on my doorstep, I knew it was going to be a winner. I found myself reaching for it almost daily for a few reasons. It’s cosy and warm (perfect as we hurtle towards mid-winter), I adore the colour (I have the russet brown), and I love the way the slouchy fit either complements or adds a shapely component to my outfits. Of course, I’m talking about the Jenni Kayne Cashmere Cocoon Cardigan.  Get 15% off any Jenni Kayne purchase with the code ‘JamieLee15’ Having seriously put this cardigan through its paces,…
