Weekly Wishlist: Sezane Spring Collection

Five favourites from the Sezane spring collection; which, truth be told, was a little challenging for me to narrow down. Despite not being much of a “prints” gal, I do adore their ditsy/micro-print florals. They draw me in, but trying to be realistic about my fantasy self vs. actual self is usually what stops me from making a potential wardrobe mistake, and looking at items which are a bit more reflective of my lifestyle.  #1: Will Jacket | One of Sezane’s core, evergreen styles. I’ve had my eye on this for some time now, and the transitional season is really…

Acne Studios Mini Musubi Bag Review: 6+ Months Wear & Tear

I’ve been promising an updated review on the Acne Studios Mini Musubi bag for some time now. I initially shared my first impressions on the style in late September, and after considerable use, my views on this bag have now been cemented. So today I want to talk through all the usual details; quick facts, the size/what fits inside, quality/wear & tear, and any lingering feelings. Oh, and for anyone curious, the colour I ordered is called ‘camel’. Wearing Re/Done tee, Everlane way high jeans; St Agni sandals; Acne Studios mini musubi bag (also here); & Other Stories sunglasses; Linjer…

March Style Notes

March has been one of those months which has flown by in the blink of an eye. And with it, the start of autumn; a shift in season that I’m relishing, especially as it carries the reality of being able to layer (yay!), and pull out my abundant knitwear collection. Wearing Tibi peplum top; MVN the label skirt (old but this is similar); & Other Stories cardigan; Tibi sandals; Acne Studios mini musubi bag; Linjer earrings; Monica Vinader bracelet I thought for something different, I could wrap up this month’s style by chatting through my sartorial observations for March. Perhaps…

Good basics

A visual mid-week reminder of why I put so much emphasis on finding the good kind of basics. There’s nothing mind-blowing about this outfit; it’s as simple as anything, but feels wholly representative of who I am. Without feeling boring (from my perspective anyway – and how you feel in your clothes is really key here).  Wearing YSL stripe tee (affordable option here); Everlane blazer; Witchery jeans (sold out but I love these); Sezane belt; Fendi bag; Linjer watch & rings Maximising versatility has been woven into (almost) all of my purchase decisions. Can I wear it for multiple occasions?…

20% off Everlane Jeans

As I was logging my most worn items of the summer, I took a little glance over my denim wear count. No surprises that my Everlane jeans reigned supreme as my most reached for pairs. I definitely have my favourites (right now, the original cheeky), but don’t discriminate. The 90s cheeky, way high jean, and authentic stretch skinnies all frequently feature on heavy rotation.  Wearing Everlane alpaca knit (size S); Everlane way high jeans (size 25); Andersons belt (size 70); RM Williams boots (size US9 / also here); Mansur Gavriel coat; Fendi vintage bag; Laura Lombardi earrings; Mejuri necklace The…
