An Autumn Wardrobe Style Edit

Took some time this week to review my closet, and have a think about what I’m excited to wear on repeat this autumn. Instead of focusing on any particular colour palette or theme, I relied more on my gut. The beauty of an edited – or carefully curated – wardrobe is that most items will generally go together. I tend to have my “closet regulars”; basics which get worn on repeat throughout the season, forming the core or basis of my seasonal wardrobe. The ten-day forecast ahead is pretty dreary, so it felt time to finally give up the ghost…

Foundations of an outfit

One of the things I love most about autumn and winter, is the opportunity to layer. Have fun with your style, and express yourself in ways that during an Australian summer – where all you want to wear is a crop top and denim shorts – aren’t particularly feasible; unless you feel like melting every time you go outdoors, that is. Arket merino roll neck knit (this one is the same + more readily available); Toteme jeans; Andersons belt; Tibi sandals (old) It starts with a good base, or foundation. Something that I can switch up with ease, depending on…

25% off at Linjer for Mother’s Day

A quick little check in from me to let you know that there’s a site wide sale on all jewellery at Linjer ahead of Mother’s Day. A great opportunity to treat a mother figure, role model, or yourself! Use my code ‘jamielee5’ at checkout to amp up the discount to 25%. You can thank me later…! You can shop my favourite picks HERE, but some of my favourites are the ‘Mathilde’ and ‘Serendipity’ earrings; the ‘Ilse’ and ‘Edith’ Rings; and the ‘Leknes’ necklace. Hope you have an incredible Easter break; safe to say I’ll be spending the next two weekends…

An autumn outfit idea

A quick little outfit post from me, to share one of the outfit combinations I’ll have on repeat over autumn. Stripes are continuing to reign supreme, which suits me as it’s a simple way to break up an outfit where I’m solely wearing “blocks” of colours; timeless too. Wearing Celine stripe knit (similar more affordable option here); Reformation skinny jeans; Andersons belt; Mansur Gavriel coat (similar here); About Arianne heels; Chloe darryl tote; Linjer watch (25% off jewellery with code ‘JAMIE’) I suspect that the next few months will see a lot of iterations on this look. Switching out the…

Low Buy 2022: March Check-In

A quarter of the way into 2022, and halfway through my low buy. Similar to February, the month didn’t quite pan out the way I’d anticipated, at least where new purchases are concerned. As usual, this post will be complementing my video update which I shared on my YouTube channel HERE. Wearing Dissh twisted top (similar here); Arket cardigan (similar here); Theory leather leggings (old but love these); By Far mules; Phillip Lim mini pashli bag; Mejuri chain necklace Perhaps the one thing I really found myself picking up on, was the habit of browsing. Up until this point, I’ve…
