Linen for summer

Kicking off the week with a quick OOTD. You’ll probably be well aware of my love of linen by now; for me, it has the ultimate “chill” factor come summer time. Breathable, breezy, and often in really relaxed silhouettes. Wearing COS linen shirt; Sussan linen trousers (currently 20% off); Spurr sandals (old but similar); Acne Studios mini musubi bag (first impressions/review here); Mejuri chain bracelet When the weather has allowed – it has been a wet start to the spring/summer season after all – I’ve been opting for a bit of a linen on linen moment. Festive Season Dressing Part II

As a little follow up to my previous post on festive season dressing, I wanted to chat a little about my philosophy around how I approach occasion wear. Unlike the basic tee, or the black blazer you wear on repeat, you’re probably not going to get an incredibly low CPW on these pieces. Which totally throws the balance off, am I right? Perhaps the one piece I was most excited to see arrive, was this oversized knit; the Jenni Kayne Alpaca Cocoon Crewneck. Wearing Jenni Kayne Alpaca Cocoon Crewneck (in size S); Bec & Bridge slip skirt (old but similar); Vaneli two tone pumps; Louis Vuitton neverfull; Linjer earrings Given that I hadn’t really seen any reviews from shoppers based in Australia, it might be useful to put together a quick post chatting…

Festive Season Dressing

The festive season has begun, and safe to say that Christmas parties and holiday events are in full swing. I’ve always taken more of a low key approach to holiday dressing; typically opting to wear something already in my closet. But after two years of lockdown, the thought of dressing up feels exciting. And I’m sure I’m not alone in feeling this way. Wearing Carla Zampatti Dress (sized up to an AU10); Sam Edelman heels; Polene numero onze bag; Linjer earrings; Mejuri bracelet; Monica Vinader bracelet (20% off with ‘JAMIELEE20’) So for those of you still on the hunt for…
