Three cosy faves to gift this Christmas

Hard to believe that there are a mere nine sleeps until Christmas. I’ve been asking this all year, but where has the time gone? It literally feels like it’s flown by in the blink of an eye. So, on my mind is Christmas gifting. And I’ve always felt that the best kinds of gifts to give are the ones you’d buy for yourself… So, today in collaboration with Everlane, I’m sharing three cosy wardrobe favourites that I think would be such a treat to find under the tree this year. Or, as a little pre-Christmas gift for yourself. Wearing Everlane…

Wearing all black & wide leg jeans

We all know how much I love a simple outfit, and in particular; effortless dressing. Not the kind of effortless that takes hours to meticulously plan out and execute. I mean the actual kind. Where you throw on an outfit and go. Which is why I always go back to that simple style hack: monochrome. Wearing Everlane tank; Witchery jeans; Oliver Cabell flats; Fendi mama zucca bag; PORTRAIT sunglasses (use code “JAMIE” to donate 5% of your purchase to MSF); Linjer necklace (10% off jewellery with code “mademoiselle10”) I’ve noticed that there’s a very distinct pattern in how I prepare…

Polene Numero Neuf Bag Review

My bag collection is comprised mostly of the classics. The tote bag; the shoulder bag; the small crossbody to name a handful. Where it’s been woefully lacking has been of any kind of seriously sculptural elements. You know, the type of handbag that makes you do a double take. That is the statement maker, rather than just an accessory. And I suppose that’s what drew me to the Polene Numero Neuf Bag. Wearing H&M linen tee; Among navy shorts; Jo Mercer sandals; Polene Numero Neuf bag; Mejuri necklace; Missoma earrings & bracelet While I’ll talk about this a bit more…

Last week I shared some late autumn or early winter outfit ideas over on my YouTube channel. Having just experienced a heat wave in Sydney over the weekend, the idea of cooler weather is incredibly appealing. Plus, let’s be honest, it’s a lot more fun to dress up in layers! So for my Northern Hemisphere friends, here’s a little wrap up of the outfits I pulled together. OUTFIT ONE Wearing Mott & Bow white tee (size S); Theory leather trousers (old but similar here); & Other Stories wool blazer (size 34); Sam Edelman heels (size US9); Polene Le Cabas Tote…

What I bought from the Black Friday sales (2020)

For those of you curious, I thought I might share what I decided to buy from the Black Friday sales this year. I always like to utilise this pre-Christmas sale as a chance to get a head start on gifting so I can make my dollar stretch a little further, perhaps pick out the odd piece for the home, and I’ll usually also treat myself to a couple things that are sitting on my wishlist. The caveat being, that I don’t think they’ll go on sale for Boxing Day, or actually still be available by the time they roll around.…
