Kate Sylvester top, girl. by Band of Outsiders skirt, Glassons cardigan (similar), Witchery shoes, Alexander Wang bag, Diva necklace, Gorjana bracelet
While I’ve never found a purchase to warrant the need to put it on the moment I get home and prance around all evening, I usually find myself wanting to wear it at the soonest available opportunity. More often than now, I’ll wear it within the week, but some purchases, such as this Band of Outsiders skirt, warrant a (very patient) wait of a month or more, for seasonally appropriate weather. I suppose if I weren’t so precious about wearing white dresses or skirts with black tights then I could have worn it sooner, but some things are just worth the wait.
Stunning outfit. I am loving your shoes and the colour palette of this outfit is awesome. Oh and your Wang is killer 🙂

INSIDE IN, INSIDE OUT
I’m the same – new things get worn asap. It’s not the best habit though – makes it more likely the rest of my wardrobe gets neglected! I’d say that skirt was worth the wait though! Love all the draping, and your new bag looks great 🙂

Gorgeous! I love the edginess of the necklace and your hair looks great! I need to play around with braids more.

So much perfection as usual. This sweater is such a great piece, it seems like it would go well with just everything. And of course, this bag. Oh, this bag. Too gorgeous. And I completely know what you mean about wearing things the moment you buy them. It’s difficult to keep things in the bag for too long!
wow .. I love everything in this look .. especially the sweater and the ballerinas
Stunning cardigan!

I’m having similar problems with Fall items..I want to wear all my new pants! I loooove that sweater you’re wearing, it looks so comfortable!
You look gorgeous! Love the contrast of the floaty, feminine clothing and the structured, geometric bag. Which is uh mazing by the way!
oooh your cardigan is divine!! Love the texture and colour!
This was TOTALLY worth the wait. LOVE the skirt, but LOVE that waffle sweater!

The bag looks great, and I loved the skirt in your last post too. I agree, this outfit is better without tights. I am finally getting to wear some purchases that have been patiently waiting in my cupboard since I was pregnant, definitely worth the wait. Usually though, ifind that if I don’t wear something very soon after purchasing, I will never wear it. It’s almost like I forget about things.
Cute necklace, and really love your comfy looking knit & top ! 🙂 Lovely look.

I’m usually so eager to wear my purchases the soonest possible, but when the weather is not appropriate then it’s better to wait for the perfect time. 🙂
And in this case I think it was worth the wait because the look is perfect, really like it!
Thanks for your comment on my blog by the way. 🙂
