It’s Thanksgiving weekend for those living in the US (happy holidays!), and so chances are that your inbox has been absolutely flooded with alerts about the weekend sales. I’m not usually one to shop solely because of a sale, but I couldn’t help to check out the discount offers that were to be had for the next few days.
I haven’t bought anything – yet – as I’m still weighing up my options; a fancy new pair of shoes from Shoescribe or a nice cosy knit sweater from J. Crew to hang on to for next winter. So, in the spirit of the holiday, I’ve rounded up some the sales from some of my favourite spots to shop online to share with you all.
Anthropologie [code: SHOPTOIT] – There is 25% off everything, and I mean e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. I’ve been eying up a few pairs of shoes (there are some great flats for the summer time), and also some of their cute and festive Christmas decorations.
Cult Beauty – Cult Beauty are running a spend and save where you can save up to 25% off your order using one of the following codes: £10 off £60 – MERRY10, £20 off £100 – MERRY20, £45 off £200 – MERRY45, £75 off £300 – MERRY75. I’ll definitely be using this opportunity to stock up on the Emma Hardie Mooring Cleansing Balm and Pixi’s Glow Tonic.
J.Crew [code: HOLIDAY] – This is absolutely one of my guilty pleasures; I tend to wait until one of their sales to pick up a piece or two that I’ve had my eye on. For the holidays they are offering 30% off – sitewide – in addition to an extra 40% off sale. It’s a pretty good excuse to pick up some of their delicious cashmere, if you ask me.
Larsson & Jennings [code: LJ15] – I’ve been on the lookout for a classic watch and Larsson & Jennings’ sleek and minimal offerings are right up there on the list; with a 15% discount, it’s going to be pretty hard to resist.
Madewell [code: Calmdown] – I recently learnt that Madewell have started shipping to Australia, which means I no longer have to guess and pray that I’m shopping the right size. There’s 25% off your entire purchase, so it’s as good a time as any to stock up on some basics. I particularly like their heeled leather sandals and their cotton slim fit trousers.
Shoescribe [code: CYBER15] – Shoescribe really is the stuff of dreams; it’s my go-to when I’m looking to scout out a fancy new pair of shoes (rational thinking is always pretty quick to kick in though!). With an extra 25% off all shoes, it’s a good opportunity to pick up that statement heel you’ve been eying up, or save a little on an investment pair; currently on my wishlist? A pair of scalloped leather ballet flats from Chloe. It doesn’t get more classic, or chic, than that.
Shopbop [code: GOBIG15] – Shopbop are running one of their famous spend and save’s; you know the drill, spend $250+ and save 15%, spend $500+ and save 20%, or spend $1,000+ and save 25%. With Christmas less than a month away, it’s a great opportunity to pick up some beautiful homewares for loved ones, or a nice new dress for yourself.
