Willow l/s shirt dress (love this Karla Spetic version), Yvonne Kone gladiator Sandals, Proenza Schouler PS11 satchel, Kate Spade earrings
I’m well over a week into my Project 333 challenge, and while it’s still too early to tell, I get the feeling that the next few months are going to breeze on by, or at least so I hope.
I got asked by a viewer over on my YouTube channel if I could possibly share a few outfits from my capsule, and I guess you could call this a start, and somewhat an indicator of what my outfits are going to look like for the remaining 80 or so days I have left. Minimal accessories, neutral (or simple) pairings, with a heavy Scandi-influence; messy hair, barely there make up and all.
I’ll be the first to admit that part of the reason that I’ve been sharing fewer and fewer outfit posts with you all is that, honestly, there isn’t much to tell. I’m becoming a chronic outfit repeater, and more often than not, I’m wearing a fairly blank canvas of black and white, as evidenced above. I’ve started dressing for myself (well, and the office) more than anything, and I’ve noticed that this change has been hugely reflected in how I choose to dress, and what – and how often – I choose to buy for my already overflowing wardrobe. Needless to say, new wardrobe additions have been slim pickings for 2015 thus far.
With that being said, I am hoping to share a few of the different ways that I will be wearing the items in my capsule, both via outfit posts and through a couple of lookbook videos. For those of you hoping to start your own capsule, or just trying to make the most of your existing wardrobe, I hope it serves as a little bit of inspiration. But for the most part, I’ll keeping one basic mantra in mind; simple is best. Amen to that.
Love this outfit, I really wish I could pull off sleek Scandi chic but it just doesn’t work for me!

Ooh, love that dress! So easy, breezy!
Yea, I’ve been repeating outfits a lot lately or not getting dressed at all. I’m a few weeks ahead in blog posts thanks to all my vacation recaps, haha

You look beautiful in your picture. I love your dress. Sometimes I also become a chronic outfit repeater too and I have to remind myself of all the clothes I have in my closet.
