The creamy little combo giving me country club vibes. Having a little bit of fun here with the Jenni Kayne Hampton shirt (PR); a chic cotton popover with faded indigo chambray stripe.
Wearing Jenni Kayne Hampton shirt – 15% off with JamieLee15 (size S); House of Dagmar trousers (size 36); Jenni Kayne alpaca knit – 15% off with JamieLee15 (size S); Polene bag; Monica Vinader necklace; Linjer rings
Colour palette is simple – just “two” colours – instead utilising that rule of three to keep things interesting. One being the creamy colour palette, two being the striped shirt, and three being the overload of texture. Fluffy alpaca and dreamy textured boucle. Texture truly is the antidote to making even the simplest of outfits feel interesting. Imagine this trio of pieces together without it. It’d appear somewhat flat and devoid of visual appeal. It helps that I’ve opted to have that literal “third” piece, by throwing a knit over my shoulders.
