So I’m still not completely sold on the idea of creating a ‘wedding’ board on Pinterest, although the deeper and deeper I get into thinking about wedding planning, the more I’m beginning to realise that it might not be such a bad idea. At the moment, I’m getting my head around table arrangements; do I go with something colourful or do I stick to white? Something overgrown, wild and rustic looking, or refined, simple and classic? Or perhaps more importantly, roses, hydrangeas, or baby’s breath?
I’m still cutting my teeth on all the details for the big day (which I’m so glad is still just over 12 months away), and also on where to find inspiration. So while I find my feet, as weddings are definitely not my forte, I thought I’d bring you all along with me, for every trip, stumble and fall along the way.
Pinterest wedding boards are definitely a good idea, just to keep all the millions of ideas in one place! I have one for all my wedding ideas if you fancy taking a look. The link is on my blog 🙂 good luck with the planning!

Oh you think so? I will have to have a look then! x
when we were planning our wedding a friend of mine said she was advised to choose a theme for her wedding, which she thought was really over the top until she realised she already did kind of have one (nautical theme – venue in a rowing club, sailor tattoo one the invite, lots of white and blue for the decorations, blue dress etc). it does make decision for everything a lot easier to make… our theme was a floral garden party kind of theme.
love lots of those table arrangements and looking forward to seeing what you end up with!

Oh that’s so funny! I haven’t thought too much about it but I think I’m going to do navy, white and gold?
