Everlane are doubling down on denim, and have another fab sale; this time, not just applicable to your first denim purchase. There’s 25% off all jeans using the code DENIM25FORALL. I’m not one to play favourites, but it’s safe to say the proof is in my wardrobe wear count; Everlane denim always seems to come out on top.

If you need a little refresher on how their jeans fit, I shared a comprehensive denim guide mid-last year. Only thing missing is the original cheeky 2.0, which has become a firm favourite since launching a few months back. The new and improved cheeky have a softer stretch than the first iteration, though would still say they fit true to size. I take them in a 26 – my usual size in other denim brands.

    Hi Jamie-Lee,
    I’m new to buying Polene bags, and am based in Sydney. With my recent purchase of 2 bags just over $1k, I got slapped with customs, tax, and fees. Do you have a smarter way around purchasing from them in order to save a bit of dosh in the process? Currency options?

      Hi Gracie – my tip if you’re planning to make any purchase over $1000 AUD is to consider whether it’s more cost effective to split up your order. IE. If you are buying two items, each valued at $600 AUD each, it might be more cost effective to place two separate orders. I think there are some websites where you can see what the total tax/duty charges would be which should help from that regard. Seems silly to pay for postage twice, but I have had instances where it’s financially been cheaper to do it that way. I think whether you plan to return anything should also be a consideration (and if free returns are offered or not). Hope that helps!
