It’s hard to believe that the weekend is already over, and the working week is about to begin. Having spent my weekend knee-deep in boxes, constructing my first couch from IKEA from scratch, and finding a home for the many (necessary) bits and pieces I picked up, I’m more than ready for a couple more days off. Through the madness, I’ve rejoiced in the simple pleasures like wearing your favourite striped t-shirt over and over, and a slice of freshly baked bread in the lead up to lunch. But at least the hard part is over – now the fun can truly begin.
